Pauze

Pauze

Young Media Studios is reintroducing PAUZE, the iconic youth magazine from the ’80s and ’90s, as an interactive digital platform. In collaboration with the Young Impact Foundation, which encourages young people to make a positive impact on the world, PAUZE offers a space for teens aged 13 to 18 where their voices are heard, and where they can explore relevant topics and personal stories.

With a renewed focus on social issues, personal development, and relatable narratives, guided by various guest editors-in-chief, PAUZE resonates with today’s youth and encourages them to better understand themselves and one another. At its peak, PAUZE played a key role in Dutch youth culture, a role that Young Media now aims to carry forward digitally.

About PAUZE

PAUZE is an iconic youth platform that was known as the go-to school magazine for high school students in the ’80s and ’90s. The magazine covered topics that resonated with young people, from music and fashion to personal development and social issues. Now, under the wing of Young Media Studios and in collaboration with Young Impact, PAUZE returns as a multimedia platform for a new generation of students. With a strong focus on mental health, self-confidence, and connection, PAUZE offers a safe space where young people feel seen, heard, and understood.

PAUZE will go live early next year as a dynamic platform managed by various guest editors-in-chief representing the voice of youth.
