With a strong background in commercial strategy and sales leadership, Vince was brought in to shape YOUNG Media into a future-proof, revenue-driven media company — built for the way audiences and brands connect today.

As a COO, Jesús leads operations at YOUNG Media, the media and content arm of the YOUNG Venture Group. He brings extensive experience across international commercial strategy, revenue operations, and business development, with a track record of building the operational foundations that allow ambitious companies to grow with intention.

At YOUNG Media, his focus is on creating the financial, organizational, and commercial structures that support long-term scalability. He works across portfolio brands, financial structure and internal operations to ensure that growth is not just fast, but sustainable. His conviction is straightforward: great content companies need more than creative vision; they need the discipline and infrastructure to back it up

Jeroen is Account Manager for VG Visie, the leading real estate media brand within YOUNG Media. He is the first point of contact for partners, advertisers, and relations across the Dutch real estate sector, building the bridges between the brand and the market it serves.

With a strong feel for relationship management and a genuine interest in the people behind the deals, Jeroen ensures that VG Visie’s partners get more than visibility: they get a partnership built on trust, continuity, and results.

His conviction is simple: in real estate, business is personal. And in media, the strongest campaigns start with the strongest relationships.

Tiago is the visual engine behind YOUNG Media. As Videographer, he is responsible for bringing the group’s brands and stories to life on screen, from podcast productions and interview formats to branded content and event coverage.

With a sharp eye for composition and a deep understanding of what makes content perform on digital platforms, Tiago combines craft with speed. He knows that modern media demands both cinematic quality and the agility to produce at the pace audiences expect.

At YOUNG Media, his work ensures that every format, whether long-form conversation or short-form social content, carries the visual identity and production standard that partners and audiences have come to expect from the group.

Noor is the voice and community connector behind TPO. As Community Manager and Presenter, she plays a central role in bringing the platform’s stories to life, both on screen and across its digital channels.

With a natural presence, strong communication skills, and a clear understanding of online culture, Noor helps translate news and current affairs into content that feels accessible, relevant, and engaging. From presenting TPO’s video formats to managing conversations with its audience, she ensures that the brand remains connected to the people it speaks to.
